Instructions: one time stacking-firing drying chamber is only suitable for the raw material of low drying sensitivity clay or shale. The drying chamber adopt the same section with tunnel kiln, and the kiln carts are also used as drying carts.
Advantages: compared with 2 times stacking-firing, one time stacking-firing saves investment and labor using. The process is simple and with higher automation.
Disadvantages: compared with 2 times stacking-firing process, the one time stacking-firing is not suitable for high drying sensitivity clay raw material. And the quality of products is worth than 2 times. As when the raw material which drying sensitivity as bigger than 1.1, we must use 2 times stacking-firing process.
