Instructions: Two times stacking-firing with small section drying chamber & tunnel kiln is suitable for firing clay brick with high drying sensitivity. The drying chamber adopts small section drying chamber with good drying quality. After drying the green brick will be stacked again onto kiln cart and enter the tunnel kiln for firing.
Advantages: The drying quality is good and can meet the requirement of high drying sensitivity raw materials. The investment is also lower than single layer drying chamber.
Disadvantages: The small section drying chamber use more labor force to finish 2 times stacking work, and are only suitable for where labor cost is low. On the other hand, the drying chamber’s automation level is also low, and needs more land.
